Skype Launches 10-way Video Calling

Double the happiness by connecting with not just five, but ten video callers! Thanks to Skype's new 5.0, you can ask your family to make a mini reunion online. Yes, it's a ten-way video call.
Apparently pleased with their five-way beta group video calling, Skype just released a new version of their 5.0 for Windows. The new Skype 5.0 doubles the group support and now allows ten video callers. It includes a ten-way video call, automatic call recovery and a squeaky user interface. It also has an improved call quality and a number of bug fixes, making the overall experience smoother. Of course, the ten-way video calling certainly tops Skype’s previous offering, and making it suitable for larger virtual meetings and mini family reunions. A note of caution though, 5.0 is still in beta, hence, very buggy. It’s limited to Windows users, and requires that all chatters must use the same second beta version. If you want to make a test drive of Skype’s latest offering, the 5.0 beta two is now available for free download.
