With 35 hours of video uploaded every minute, wading through to the good stuff in YouTube can be a pain in the head. Good thing, the video-sharing site launched a Trends page. Basically, YouTube Trends is an analytics hub that features feeds and shows videos that are popular on and off the site. More over, the YouTube Trends also features trending topics generated via common metadata and the “4 at 4″. The “4 at 4″ presents four buzzed-about vids twice a day, including a feature blog akin to Know Your Meme to scrutinize said videos, and a dashboard that breaks down popular flicks by demographics.
Will the new Trends page becomes a boon to the all the users of YouTube? Share your opinions by leaving a comment.
