Kingdom Hearts Re: Coded Makes North American Debut

Square Enix treats its fans with its first game for 2011, Kingdom Hearts Re: Coded, as it makes its North American debut today!

fans from North America need to wait no longer as Re:Coded is now released for Nintendo DS players. Join King Mickey and the rest of the crew as they investigate the digital journal of Jiminy Cricket and fight off Heartless and his minions that are corrupting the journal. Re: Coded contains all the episodes of Re:Coded in one game. It will be the first time that the game will make an apperance overseas.

/Re: Coded is an episodic puzzle game developed and published by and Walt Internet group. It is the fourth of the Kingdom Hearts series and is set after the events of Kingdom Hearts II.

Story: King Mickey is somehow troubled with a mysterious entry in Jiminy Cricket’s digital journal. Together with his loyal friends, Goofy and Donald, they dive and investigate into a world created by the journal and soon find out that the place is infested with red and black heartlesses that’s corrupting the entire data. However, mysterious characters have come to their aid as they fight off the enemies and make their way through the digital journal.

Setting: Alot of Disney worlds have been remade for this epic Kingdom Hearts installment. Play through the Olympus Coliseum (Hercules), Agrabah (Aladdin), or how about Wonderland itself? Play through original zones as well such as the Hollow Bastion, Traverse Town, and Destiny Island.

Gameplay: The gameplay is a mashup of all the previous incarnations of the Square Enix series namely: Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep, 358/2 Days, and the original Coded.
