After causing the "Two and a Half Men" show to go down time, Charlie Sheen is offering to pay 1/3 of the crew's salary -- if Warner Bros. and CBS will pay the rest.

After bringing the upcoming “Two and a Half Men” episodes in jeopardy, Charlie notified the crew that he will pay a portion of their salary for the two weeks that the show has been down. That is, if and would agree to pay the remaining balance. Following that, Sheen stated that he is ready to come back to work next week to complete the season.

However, CBS exec said that no one on the show is ready to go back to work on Monday. Assuming that Sheen can handle his personal issues, the show will be back at the end of the month under the best of circumstances. The CBS even added that no one has asked the network to pay 1/3 of the crew’s salary due to down time. In fact, Warner Bros. did not address ’s financial offer, but said otherwise

“We sincerely hope that Charlie’s rehab is going well.  We hope that he is healthy in the very near future and we look forward to the return of production of ‘Two and a Half Men.'”
