Google Moderator Brainstorms Egypt’s Future

The social web is definitely having a new face, as Google Moderator becomes the brain trust of the new Egypt.
Google executive, Wael Ghonim, used another product from their company – the Google Moderator – to sketch out Egypt’s future. The Google Moderator page entitled “Egypt 2.0 What Does We Need? What are Our Dreams?!” have listed over 45,300 ideas from its 35,000 users.
Members talked about what was wrong in Egypt during the previous administration, the country’s future, its fight for corruption and what government system needs revamp. Among the many concerns, education, voting system and health service afloat on top of the page. Indeed what Wael Ghonim did is ground-breaking and gives social web a different context.
