Bruno Mars’ Prosecutor Busted for Cocaine Possession

David Charles Schubert, Deputy District Attorney of Clark County was arrested March 19, Saturday for cocaine possession.

Schubert is the same prosecutor who charged singer for possession last February. He is also prosecuted with the same violation back in August 2010.

A Las Vegas police officer apprehended Schubert over after witnessing what he thought was a drug deal. Raymond Streeter, who acted as a middleman in the cocaine deals allegedly involving , said that the latter bought the prohibited drug about four times every week.

In an interview with , Clark County District Attorney David Roger said

“We are very disappointed.  He [Schubert] has betrayed the trust that was placed in him.  He’s been locked out of his office, placed on suspension and is in the process of being terminated.”

Funny how karma indeed comes around.
