Model, businesswoman, talk show host, reality show creator---and Tyra Bank's latest occupation: a Harvard student.

American model and talk show host is back to school and it is not just any other school. She is currently enrolled and has been attending classes at the Harvard Business School since 2010.

Why did the successful Banks decided to pursue her studies? “In order for my company to grow and be the best, and to reach these women, and to serve them, I needed the best. So I went to the best,” she said on CBS news recently.

Banks started her modeling career at the age of 17 which was the reason why she put her college studies on hold. She was supposed to go to L.A.’s Loyola Marymount University for her tertiary education.

“The day that I put college on hold because I got discovered to go to Paris and try this whole modeling thing … was one of the most difficult decisions of my entire life,” she shared.

Now, all of these are just things of the past. With an annual income of $30 million, America’s Next Top Model host can pay more than what Harvard’s elite Owner/President Management Program is asking for its tuition fees.
