April 16 is Foursquare Day in New York

All We Like is greeting the people of New York City a Happy Foursquare Day!
New York City Mayor, Michael Bloomberg, has officially proclaimed April 16, 2011 as Foursquare Day. The city of New York joins 13 other cities that have officially recognized the fan-created social media day.
Early last Thursday, Michael Bloomberg stopped by Foursqaure’s office in New York to deliver the proclamation. There’s also a bit of hometown pride in here, as the social media is one of the city’s standout startups.
As of the moment, Foursquare is close to reaching 8.5 million users, and continuously seeing a steady growth.
