Forget about expensive gifts; go for something unusual.
Just last week, President Barack Obama went to Europe for an official visit and one of his stops was in Poland. In this country, he got a unique token from the Prime Minister: a copy of the game Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings. Aside from this, he also got an iPad packed with Polish movies and severals novels written by Andrzej Sapkowski, also the author of The Witcher.
