The Motorola Atrix 4G smartphone plugs into a laptop-like companion, consisting of a keyboard and a screen. This is a very novel idea that gives gadget lovers the convenience.

Hiding a inside a can make you enjoy the best of both worlds, just like what did it with its , Nuzzling its new Android into a docking bay at the back of the large-screened tablet, it has a small door that closes behind it, secretly storing the phone.

According to its Facebook page, ASUS has been plugging its tagline: “Break the Rules: Pad or Phone,” and the company is doing it by releasing the Atrix’s versatility to a tablet form. There even is a small hole for the Gamin ASUS-like smartphone’s camera to peep out.

ASUS and Motorola are on the right track, as those who carry around a bag full of gadgets everyday would like to avoid repetition of efforts. The system ASUS has created uses what’s probably a dual-core processor inside the smartphone that can run a tablet. Hence, there’s just one unit that handles both tablet and smartphone processing, and of course, just one cellphone bill to pay.
