AT&T to Offer Free Wi-Fi in 20 NYC Parks

A walk in the park has never been this good.
NYC mayor Michael Bloomberg revealed last Thursday that selected city parks will have access to the Internet via free Wi-Fi access. AT&T will provide the Wi-Fi technology on parks like Prospect Park, Battery Park, and Central Park this coming summer. As of now, New Yorkers are able to surf online as they spend lazy afternoons at Battery Bosque Park, the Joyce Kilmer Park in the Bronx, and Thomas Jefferson Park.
