The Alabama tornadoes had attacked several lives, including children's. Recently, a foundation was made aiming to give the affected kids a second chance to have a special birthday celebration.

16-year-old created a non-profit organization named as Morgan’s Sweet Sixteen . This group will travel in Haiti this coming July to offer to over 300 kids who have been affected by the tragedy. The goal of this is to provide orphans a glimpse of happiness by celebrating one of the special days of their lives – their birthdays. Actually, some of the children did not even know what a “birthday” means, so Burnard just called it a “celebration of life.”

has its page, wherein people could check out the different ways on how to help these innocent kids and a little information of the said trip. Although Burnard is a Californian, she is planning to celebrate her birthday in different places every year.

Burnard’s non-profit organization is quite similar to the ’s Lost Birthdays. The only difference is that this foundation is for U.S children who are 12 years old and below. ’s Lost Birthdays is currently accepting donations such as party goods and gifts, so they could bring back birthday celebrations for kids who have lost it due to the phenomenon.
