Google’s +1 Button Slated for Global Launch

Competing against Facebook's "Like" button, Google’s +1 is now set for a worldwide launching.
Finally, after hearing rumors these past few months, Google officially launched their +1 button globally. This feature is expected to outrun the famous Facebook “Like” and Twitter “Tweet” buttons.
“Today, +1’s will start appearing on Google search pages globally. We’ll be starting off with sites like google.co.uk, google.de, google.jp and google.fr, then expanding quickly to most other Google search sites soon after,” Nick Radicevic, Google’s Product Manager, stated on a blog.
Aside from mounting to other Google sites, the new +1 button is also slated to invade multiple websites across the globe. The company recently reported that they had just signed some partnerships with The Telegraph, The Independent, Last.fm, SnapDeal, and El Pais.
Google boasted that +1 button will improve their search results more. Somehow, it will help users in finding out the best web pages (with contents or ads) from people whom they know. If you’ll likely to add this button on your pages, you are telling people that you’re recommending your content — making your site more visible and compelling.
