Apple Rolls Out iCloud Beta for New OS X Lion Build

Apple just rolled out its latest build for Mac OS X Lion - Build 11C55 - which incorporates iCloud functionality.

Last Sunday, seeded a new version of the , dubbed as Build , to developers. The build notably incorporates the functionality for the first time, which came nine days after the previous OS X Build 11C48 seed.

The company continues to list no known issues with the latest build, and asks developers to focus on AddressBook, GraphicsDrivers, iCal, iCloud, Mac App Store, Mail, MobileMe, Safari, Spotlight and Time Machine.

Just last Friday, Apple seeded new developer builds of iTunes 10.5 and iWork as part of continued testing for iCloud compatibility. In addition to this, the company also seeded iPhoto 9.2 builds to support the photo stream component of iCloud. Apple also continuously seeds iOS 5 build, leading to the public launch the next-gen mobile OS.
