Two people, a private school teacher and a radio presenter, were said to spread to false reports of gunmen attacking schools and kidnapping children. The said reports caused panic to parents who scrambled around the city to fetch their kids. As a result, dozens of car accidents occurred and the emergency phone lines were jammed. The “Twitter ” now face 30 years imprisonment under the terrorism law. However, both defendants claimed that they only repeated what they saw elsewhere in the Internet.

According to the Guardian, a 30 years in prison could be the most serious charges a person could get from inciting chaos or violence through Twitter.
