It's surprising to know that the First Lady listens to Willow Smith's Whip My Hair, while she works out.
First Lady Michelle Obama spearheads the “childhood-obesity-fighting program called “Let’s Move”. Mrs. Obama is the perfect person to advocate this program because she the epitome of fitness. She eats healthy and has the time to workout, despite her hectic schedule.
Her journey to fitness, all started when she had an eye opening conversation with their family pediatrician, who asked her “What are you all eating?”. She then realized that their family had to make changes on what they eat. Since then she makes sure that they all started on eating more fruits and vegetables, drinking more water, watching their portions and eat less takeout food.
In her recent interview with the Women’s Health Magazine, she reveals her workout playlist. Prepared to get surprised! Here it goes:
