Female Self-Pleasuring Bar Opens in Japan
Love Joule female self-pleasuring bar is a bar where women can openly talk about masturbation
Masturbation is not a topic that women are usually comfortable talking about, especially in a conservative Asian country like Japan. However, a unique bar has been recently opened in Tokyo, that allows females to openly talk about their sexuality.
The Love Joule female self-pleasuring bar recently opened in Tokyo’s Shibuya district. It is a women’s only club that encourages women to come and talk about topics that are considered as “taboo” in the Japanese culture.
The club has 50 different kinds of sex toys on display, on the shelves found behind the bar counter. It gets their patrons to get in the mood and openly talk about self-pleasure.
“Once they take a seat, customers are able to experience a pleasant place in which they can openly discuss masturbation. Since most people view female masturbation as something of a mystery or taboo, it is not a usual topic at typical bars.” says bar owner, Megumi Nakagawa.
The bar is off limits to men, unless they are around to accompany the girls. It has been a popular venue for Japanese women. They also consider it as safe place where they can avoid getting hit-on by guys.
“I go because it is a safe place and I don’t have to worry about trying to brush off men all the time. Add in that it is also a great place to drink and talk about what we women love to talk about, sex and guys, that’s also a big pull.” says one visitor.
With the Love Joule Bar, women can finally share what they feel about love and sex and not feel a tad of embarassment.View Article Source »
