Ernestine Shepherd, a 75-year-old grandmother from Baltimore, Maryland, proves that it’s never too late to get fit. Shepherd, the world’s oldest bodybuilder started hitting the gym at the age of 71. She starts her day with a 10-mile jog at 2:30 AM and hits the gym to train her clients and to maintain her chiseled physique.
