Manage your Gmail with TaskForce

Your inbox is a steady stream of incoming information. And most of the times, your inbox can become a clutter basket. Good thing, you can now manager them all with TaskForce.

TaskForce is a little window, living in your Gmail and sorts your tasks, emails and activities to make your work more efficient. It can split your messages into information, action and broadcast directly from its interface or through email. Features like sharing and comments on your tasks can be found in a small location at the top right corner or your Gmail.

How does it work? Just click the “New Task” button and enter your desired information, then all your details will be immediately grouped based on your input. What’s cool about TaskForce is that you don’t need to sign in to Gmail to do that — thanks to its iPhone-optimized site! Other thing that the TaskForce can do is to create a community feed that can clear the broadcast email you receive everyday via filters. You can virtually specify anything that you want to show up in your inbox, then archive the rest in your activity feed. But if you’re not a fan of filtering, you can set them all to be delivered directly to your TaskForce.
