Google AdWords is starting to go visual as the Product Listing Ads is rolling out in the United States. Say goodbye to the traditional text ads in once spartan Google search engine interface.

Google is now rolling out the Product Listing Ads to all of its advertisers in the United States. After testing it with selected advertisers for the past year, the format will make AdWords more visual. How? By simply enabling advertisers to list specific products with images. The Google Product Listing Ads represents a flight from its traditional text ads. And though some might argue that it is just a clutter, the results apparently speak for themselves.

According to the Google AdWords Keyword Tool, the word "best" is included in 277 million searches every month. So a search engine that can tell you what's the best in almost everything and anything under the sun is helpful, right? Can FindTheBest.com really answer your biggest query?

The idea of a search engine that can tell users what is the best is enough for Kevin O’ Conner to get our of his retirement. The co-founder of Doubleclick started to build a search engine just like that — hence, the birth of FindTheBest.com. But how do you create an engine that can answer a number of “best” queries? The key is “comparison apps”. It’s a hand-built chart that compare two or more choices side by side. The comparison points are picked by humans and scours the internet for a reputable source. So more or less, FindTheBest.com is more of a decision engine than a search query site.
