Andrea Ponti's Luce Laptop may be the greatest and the most fascinating environmental-friendly product that uses the Sun as it source of energy.

Throughout the innumerable attempts to make the solar energy fascinating, Andreas Ponti’s Luce Laptop might be the one that tops it all. As the the first computer that uses the sun rays as a source of energy, it may sound very interesting for a lot of people.

This polycarbonate (a class of thermoplastics characterized by high-impact strength, light weight, and flexibility, and used as shatter-resistant substitutes for glass) bound laptop, characterized by being as light as air, form factors that includes two solar panels that connects Luce Laptop’s cover and keyboard. The artistic and elegant design allows the sunlight to gleam through the case to the panels’ implanted within the laptop. The panels then convert the sunlight to electricity that would be used for the on-the-go computing.
