Rovio Greets Android and iOS “A Very Angry Birds Christmas”

The Angry Birds Halloween is so last season. Get ready Angry Birds fans! The Yuletide version of the top-grossing mobile game is on its way. Rovio confirmed recently that the Angry Birds Christmas edition is coming to mobile and tablet platforms early December.

As the Yuletide season comes closer, let your favorite Angry Birds greet you “A Very Angry Birds Christmas.” Are you ready to sling?

Rovio, the great mind behind the popular and inevitably addictive game Angry Birds, confirmed on their Twitter account that the Angry Birds Halloween will be getting a yuletide-themed upgrade soon.

This platform upgrade is free for those who acquired the Halloween version for iOS. The Christmas season version is expected to arrive early December. Android users need not to worry. Rovio isn’t leaving you behind. Since this season is the season of love, Android users will be getting the Angry Birds Christmas version on your devices too—for free.

TweetDeck for Android is Finally Here

After ages of waiting, just before your patience drains out, TweetDeck 1.0 for Android is finally unleashed. The snitch is, the Apple version is modeled after the Android version when usually it plays vice versa.

At last! After ages of being in beta, TweetDeck is now here for Android. TweetDeck 1.0 is now ready for download on the Android Market. TweetDeck for Android is not only for Twitter but for Facebook, Foursquare and Google Buzz as well.

According to the announcement, TweetDeck notes 36,000 plus users joined the TweetDeck beta. TweetDeck also noted that the new versions for Apple will be modeled after the Android version.

If you already acquired the beta version of TweetDeck have it uninstalled before getting the TweetDeck 1.0. Don’t forget to follow @deckondroid to get the latest updates.
