Italian Soccer Star Dies During A Match

Piermario Morosini, a soccer star for team Livorno, collapsed and passed away in front of a crowd during a match
Italian soccer star Piermario Morosini, a player for Livorno suffered from a cardiac arrest during a match against Pescara, yesterday. Morosini collapsed and died in front of the crowd, leaving his fans and fellow players shocked and in tears.
Morosini unsuccessfully tried to get up before the paramedics came to his rescue. The medical team tried to revive him with a with a defibrillator, but the attempt failed. A police car blocked the ambulance that he was carried into. Authorities were forced to break the police car’s window so it could be moved and he was hurriedly rushed to a hospital.
Morosini was just 25 years old at the time of his death.
