The movie 'The Social Network' received good reviews. But after the movie was shown, how does people perceive Facebook now? The people YouGov BrandIndex got the answers.

Facebook is a popular brand name on its own, but what happened to it after a movie based on it was shown on theaters? The folks behind YouGov BrandIndex, a daily consumer perception research service, gathered the data and analyzed it. It has been a trending topic that the portrayal of Mark Zuckerberg is more villain than heroic. Even the man himself was disturbed about the film. But the movie, in a way, presented the story behind Facebook. Plus, it has already left its mark in history.

YouGov BrandIndex took all the necessary achievements of the movie and studied if it pushed up or down the integrity of Facebook. A demographic chart was made between September 16,2010 and October 6,2010.

YouGov BrandIndex asked respondents: “Do you have a general positive feeling about the brand?”
