The most anticipated premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part will streamed live on YouTube's Harry Potter's channel.

The premiere of the anticipated movie, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, will air on July 7 in London. Fans of the book saga around the globe can watch it live on the YouTube’s Harry Potter channel from 8-11 p.m. PT.┬áThe red carpet premiere will feature the cast of the film and the author of the Harry Potter book series, J.K. Rowling.

YouTube has packed the Harry Potter channel with all of the seven films, behind the scenes footage, parodies and even interviews for the preparation of the said event. Livestreamed premieres are becoming a traditional practice for several websites on the internet. YouTube also streamed the premiere of Twilight Eclipse last June, while MTV.com showcased the NYC premiere for the last Harry Potter flick.

This live streaming of movie premiere displays two of the YouTube’s latest innovations: The expanded livestreaming platform and the addition of major studio movies to its rental service.
