Disney Corporation is facing a lawsuit against a man who claims his design were used by the film company without paying him any cent for the rights.

Disney Corporation is facing a lawsuit against an man claiming that he is the creator of the “Chair Heart”. The said item is used in the movie “Alice in Wonderland” which was released earlier this year. The reason for the law suit is that the company used his design in the film but hasn’t paid him for the rights. In his law suit which was filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Arman Mkrtchyan is asking Disney for a “decoration fee” of $50,000.

If you happen to watch the movie, and kept a copy with you, take note of the chairs used, especially the throne of the Red Queen and you will see the alleged chair.

Mkrtchyan says that the “Alice” chairs are his designs, even claiming that he has the design of every deck including spades, clubs and diamonds.

Let’s just wait and see how this story will end.
