Germany Set To Unveil Giant 98-Foot-Long Bus

The Autotram Extra Grand Bus is a $10 million bus that can seat 256 people.
Germany is set to launch a giant bus that will be a part of the country’s public transportation system.
The Autotram Extra Grand Bus was designed by the firm, Fraunhofer IVI and the Technical University Dresden. It is more than 30 meters long and features three sections. It can accommodate 256 passengers.
Drivers for this giant bus do not need to undergo a special training to drive this vehicle, because it runs on a computerized, multi-axis steering system that allows the driver to operate it like a regular sized, 39 foot long bus.
The ginormous bus will be introduced in the German city of Dresden this October.
