Madden NFL 12 Sells 1.4M Copies in First Week
The recently released American football video game, Madden NFL 12, has surprisingly sold over 1.4 million copies in just seven days!
Following certain issues with regards to the launching of Maddens 10 and 11, EA is proud to announce that its current Madden NFL 12 title has sold more than 1.4 million copies on all consoles in its first seven days on the store shelves (Aug. 30 – Sept. 5). That would be a ten percent increase over the last year’s opening week of sales.
Based from internal estimates and digital gross revenues, the annual football franchise is now up to 78% compared to the series’ over-all sales last year.
