What is going on with pet owners, dogs and Facebook?

Hey Facebook users with canine companions! All We Like got something here that you will surely ‘Like’!

Ever encounter a friend who made a Facebook account for his/her dog? Familiar thing, isn’t it? An infographic provided by Lab 42 showed a dog-invasion on the social network.

Apparently, Lab 42 was surprised when they received a friend request from a dog. This gave them the idea to create an infographic about active dog accounts in the Facebook community. The company conducted a survey between February 28 to March 2, 2011 among 407 adults with equal distribution on age groups and income level. The purpose of this survey is to explore the relationships surrounding the Facebook users, the network and their dogs.
