At first we thought it's a victory party for the movie, The Social Network, but it's not. It's an intimate event that Facebook didn't bother elaborating what is it for. No hints, no clues. So we just made few quite good guesses.
It has been ages after Facebook launched a big stepping stone in the name of Places. They recently revamped the gaming focus nearly two weeks ago plus high-res for photos. An invitation unexpectedly appeared on our screens and it’s from Facebook. The date and time said Wednesday at 10 AM. No hints on why they are making a gala but we can always guess.
Few guesses include:
- Places: The missing key features and campaigns that are needed to further develop the program
- Credits: What more can we do about this credentials? How about the call and SMS features, Mark Zuckerberg?
- Ipad: No there is no official Facebook for iPad app. Its been six whole months since iPad landed on our doorsteps but the official Facebook app is still nowhere to be seen.
- Facebook Bar: They had announced this, a Meebo Bar clone. But still missing in action.
- Facebook Phone: Okay, they’ve denied the phone ever existed. But rumors are still high.
