Facebook Launches an All-New Photo Interface

Facebook is rolling out an new UI that will make you forget your old Flickr and Photobucket.

Facebook will roll out a new design for photo sharing and it’s gonna be huge. This new interface is now visible to selecteda few users. The new interface features larger images, a lightbox-type UI and other things that photography enthusiats will like. Behold Flickr, move over Photobucket, here comes an all-new image-friendly Facebook.

It seems that Facebook has plans of turning all types of social media into one. This new feature that enables HD photos on Facebook was spotted last September and looks like it is ready to roll. Users can now make use of the lightbox layer without further disruption of the underlying page. The new UI includes hi-res photo, photo-download links and bulk tagging options.

It goes alongside the Tag Suggestions which is commonly referred to as facial recognition. Facebook adapted many Flickr features since last summer. See how the new interface looks like after the break.

Facebook has done yet again improvements on its Photo feature. And this time, the social network smacked Flickr right into its face.

Facebook is not just a social network but one of the largest photo-sharing sites in the world. Now let’s see their competitiveness in terms of the photo features.

Upgrades are essential to everyone. And now they are doing it again. The latest news not to mention a trending topic is the inclusion of Hi-Res photos, photo-download link, bulk tagging options and this gorgeous lightbox interface. Lightbox reminds us of the feaatures available now on Flckr.

Before, Facebook photos are all best for capturing special moments, special people and events. And then posting them in your wall and sharing your joys to people. However, it changed when there came the publicity and essentialness of Facebook to daily life. Modeling, graphic design and photography were only few doors that were opened by Mark Zuckerberg’s creation. With more than 500 million users, it’s time to start the photo sharing market high-end.

One page, thousand photos: the new feature of Facebook photo albums.

Thank you Facebook! Well it seems that Facebook values its 5 Million Users because they are making the social networking better.

Facebook photo albums are now offering us bigger photos and a single page full of the album’s content. A way much easier than the previous browsing.

Before, photo albums wore organized pages with 20 photos each page. Even though it is more organized, clicking next is annoying and tiresome. The different photo sizes made the albums little bit messy. But now, we’re loving every bit of it.
