A World Without Google
Trees of green, red roses, too. We see them blue, and Google does too. So we think to ourselves, what would the world be like without the search giant turned Internet icon?
There’s no denying that Google is already attached to our online DNA. Whether we surf the web, check our e-mails, create documents, or stalk our friends, the company has grown far beyond from its humble beginnings as a search engine with only a search bar and a couple of buttons as an interface.
But have you ever imagined what would the world be like if Google never came to be? What company back in the late 90’s would have the courage to step out of the comfort zone of a convoluted, disorganized world wide web and turn it to what Google has done over the past few years? Quite a shoe to fill, huh?
