Angry Birds Space Earns 10 Million Downloads Since Release

Angry Birds Space, the most downloaded Angry Birds game, hits 10 million downloads in just 3 days
Rovio’s Angry Birds Space, got a record breaking number of downloads in just three days. As announced in the official twitter account of Angry Bird, this latest game installation to the Angry Bird Game series, hits 10 million downloads. This is compared to Angry Birds Rio, that took 10 days before it got the same number of downloads.
Angry Birds Space was just released last Thursday and has released game versions for different platforms like MAC, PC, iOS, Android, with free and paid options.
Rovio has also recently announced that they plan to bring Angry Birds Space to Windows Phone 7.

Angry Birds: Space is a completely new game which sees the usual gang of furious fowls in their ballistic flight into outer space. Rovio is set to launch the game on March 22nd, describing it as “the biggest game launch since the original Angry Birds”.

The power of the tabloids have been questioned anew, as Nintendo and other retailers refute The Sun's report on a massive Nintendo 3DS return.
The claim made by UK tabloid, The Sun, that the Nintendo 3DS “has left thousands with dizziness and headaches” which led to “record return levels” is completely false, according to Nintendo, HMV and GAME — the three companies mentioned in the article. However, the companies did confirm that there were complaints and returns, but the numbers are only a handful.
According to Nintendo, the “recent reports are incorrect.” They further elaborated that “the number of calls and emails with queries on Nintendo 3DS is in fact well below the rate experienced during past hardware launches and having spoken with our retail partners there are only a handful of people who have actually gone into stores to request a refund.”
