Diablo III, breaks records, now being played by 6.3 million people, as of this week.

Blizzard proudly announces that Diablo III has sold more than 3.5 million copies at the day of its release, making it the fastest selling PC game in the history. The number does not include the 1.2 million people who got their hands on the game after signing up for the World of Warcraft annual pass promotion.

#Error 37 Hash Tag, trends in Twitter following Diablo 3's launch in America

Diablo III was launched in the American region at midnight, however players were not able to gain access and play the game and received an “Error 37″ message.

Furious gamers posted their frustration in their respective Twitter accounts and now #error3 is now trending worldwide, as they remain unable to log-in and play the long-awaited game. The American players are welcomed with this message: “The servers are busy at this time. Please try again later. (Error 37)”, whenever they attempt to log-in to Diablo 3 acc0unt.

It’s been more than an hour since the game was launched in the U.S. and gamers are still experiencing the same error.

Max Payne Mobile comes to iOS devices on April 12th and Android devices on the 26th.

Rockstar Games has announced that the classic shoot-‘em-up videogame, Max Payne, will soon be available for iOS and Android devices.

The mobile version of the game will feature the classic Max Payne experience with HD graphics, high-resolution textures and will allow access to exclusive content via Rockstar Games’ Social Club service.

Angry Birds Space, the most downloaded Angry Birds game, hits 10 million downloads in just 3 days

Rovio’s Angry Birds Space, got a record breaking number of downloads in just three days. As announced in the official twitter account of Angry Bird, this latest game installation to the Angry Bird Game series, hits 10 million downloads. This is compared to Angry Birds Rio, that took 10 days before it got the same number of downloads.

Angry Birds Space was just released last Thursday and has released game versions for different platforms like MAC, PC, iOS, Android, with free and paid options.

Rovio has also recently announced that they plan to bring Angry Birds Space to Windows Phone 7.

Rovio Entertainment Ltd., makers of the smash hit game Angry Birds, teams up with NASA and National Geographic to launch a new game called “Angry Birds: Space”.

Angry Birds: Space is a completely new game which sees the usual gang of furious fowls in their ballistic flight into outer space. Rovio is set to launch the game on March 22nd, describing it as “the biggest game launch since the original Angry Birds”.

BMW’s DesignworksUSA and Thermaltake have unveiled a follow-up to the successful Level 10 PC case, the Level 10 M mouse.

The Level 10 m mouse, the result of DesignworksUSA and Thermaltake’s second collaborative effort, is a concept mouse specifically designed for gamers. It has a sophisticated design which is similar to the Level 10 PC chassis and features a ‘hollowed-out’ body which can be physically adjusted to suit the user’s preference.

Details regarding the Level 10 m mouse’s pricing and availability have yet to be announced.

What People are Really Doing with Their Tablets

With tablets inching its way in replacing the laptops as a mobile computing device, it’s inevitable to ask the tablet-universe denizens on what they use their devices for. Good thing Google’s AdMob was up to the task as they polled tablet-owners in the U.S. on what they were doing on the devices. Is it for checking e-mails? Reading the digital newspapers, shopping online, playing games?

Well, the results definitely left a lot of people stagger as it seems the tablet is not only here to clash against the laptops, but most likely against the handheld gaming consoles as well (no surprise there, folks).
