WonderCon 2011 was full of epic-ness, and one of them is the unveiling of the latest Green Lantern trailer. Green Lantern stars Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordan, and is directed by Martin Campbell. If the last trailer left you wanting more from the CG department, well maybe the second one might feed your hunger for some high-class visuals… or not. It’s an improvement nonetheless.

Green Lantern is set for a theatrical debut this June 17.

Today marks the start of the 12th month of the year. Meaning, there will be just four more weeks and it is the new year! As an early holiday present, AllWeLike unwrapped the upcoming blockbuster hits of 2011.

Avid moviegoers have a lot to look forward to this 2011. A wide array of must-watch films are lining up as early as now. AllWeLike gives you a sneak peek of the next attractions in 2011. Check out the list and mark the movies you will not want to miss.

1. Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides – Captain Jack Sparrow comes back in the fourth installment of the Pirates of the Caribbean. But this time, people won’t be seeing Kierra Knightly and Orlando Bloom. Both of them expressed the desire for a career change. The film will be under the direction of Rob Marshall. Pirates of the Caribbean On Stranger Tides is based on the award-winning book by Tim Powers.

2. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 – The second part of the finale is set for 2011. On July 15, 2011, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 will debut to theaters. You can’t miss this out since this will be Harry Potter and friends’ last adventure at Hogwarts.

3. Green Lantern – DC Comics will enter the 2011 box office and battles Marvel with the release of Green Lantern under Warner Brothers. The movie will star Ryan Reynolds as Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) and Blake Lively as Carol Ferris.

The first trailer for the action hero film the Green Lantern is out today and people are kinda missing for the “wow” factor.

The debut trailer for DC Entertainment’s Green Lantern hit the Internet today. Critics who saw the trailer said it is quite overwhelming and cannot be better than the iron Man. Nevertheless. the trailer aims to dazzle and excite the moviegoers bu including shots of Kilowog, Sinestro and Hector Hammond. What you think? Does this mean the movie is not impressive enough and that filmmakers are compensating the lack with a fabulous trailer? Or are they saving the great stuff for the other trailers to be released?
