Harry Potter star Jamie Waylett, to be imprisoned for joining London riots last year

Jamie Waylett a.k.a. “Vincent Crabbe” of the Harry Potter movies, is sentenced to a two year imprisonment in a British prison after participating during the London riots on August 8th of 2011.

Waylett got arrested September of last year after being identified by the London Police in a video footage of last year’s riot. He was reported to throw a Molotov cocktail and stole from a store during the height of the unrest.

Prior to his arrest, Waylett already had a police record and was convicted for a drug related incident. Though found guilty for a violent disorder for last year’s riot, he was later acquitted for the charge of intending to destroy property with a fire bomb.

It is not clear when the Harry Potter star will start his sentence.
