Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2 hits the big screen last week, and All We Like is sharing its opinion on the epic movie. Warning: You might see some spoilers.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2 started where it’s previous part left off. With Lord Voldemort’s (Ralph Fiennes) acquisition of the Elder Wand, waving it up and conjuring a bright light, it only means one thing — the dark times are soon to come. However, for Potterheads like yours truly, it means that the end is near.

While other watchers complained before that the first part of the Deathly Hallows was too bright, I believe that this movie is the other way around. It was dark, literally and figuratively. Most of the scenes happened in a night or dark time, epitomizing fear of the Dark Lord at its best. On my part, the movie makes me somber and quite nostalgic, as the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2 will be the last movie installment.

Who could portray Hermione Granger better than her?

Seeing her on Harry Potter as the annoying, bossy, Hermione Granger made us all fall head over heels. People came to know her as the girl with “rather large front teeth and bushy brown hair.” Who could have played the role better than Emma Watson? By now, Harry Potter fans can truly say that there would be no Hermione if there was no Emma.

Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson was born in April 15, 1990 in Paris, France to parents Jacqueline Luesby and Chris Watson. At a young age, she knew her passion is to be an actress. She was trained at the Stagecoach Theatre Arts in Oxford. However, her big break didn’t came out until 1999, during the casting of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. Casting agents found Emma through her Oxford theater teacher and the production was impressed with her superb acting skills. After eight auditions, producer David Heyman congratulated Emma Watson together with Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint and made it to the official cast of Harry Potter. J.K Rowling, the creator of Happy Potter, admitted that the first time she saw Emma Watson, she knew she has found Hermione Granger.

Written on July 01, 2010 by Japhet Writ

In one trailer, Emma Watson's hands is all bloody. The next, it was all rated R.

Once again, Harry Potter’s girl side kick – Hermione Granger – proved to us that she is indeed a talented witch. If not because of the queer eyes of some Potterheads in Mugglenet, no one can see that Hermione’s (played by Emma Watson) hands became clean in the recent trailer of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.” When in fact, it was all bloody in the trailer that appeared on the DVD bootleg of “Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince.”
