Facebook Updates Photo Viewer with Hi-Res Photos and Full Screen Viewing

Facebook updates its photo viewer, now allows high-resolution photos and full-screen view.
Facebook has rolled out a couple of new updates for its photo viewer. Starting today, the photo viewer will automatically display images in the highest resolution possible that could go “up to four times” bigger on a large display.
It also includes a full-screen mode that gives an expanded view of those hi-res images that takes up your entire screen.

Facebook is rolling out an new UI that will make you forget your old Flickr and Photobucket.
Facebook will roll out a new design for photo sharing and it’s gonna be huge. This new interface is now visible to selecteda few users. The new interface features larger images, a lightbox-type UI and other things that photography enthusiats will like. Behold Flickr, move over Photobucket, here comes an all-new image-friendly Facebook.
It seems that Facebook has plans of turning all types of social media into one. This new feature that enables HD photos on Facebook was spotted last September and looks like it is ready to roll. Users can now make use of the lightbox layer without further disruption of the underlying page. The new UI includes hi-res photo, photo-download links and bulk tagging options.
