Reese Witherspoon on Sex Scene with Rob Pattinson: ‘Disgusting, Disappointing’

Written on April 14, 2011 by R. Depp

1 person

"He was literally snorting and snotting through every second of it - and it was not appealing. I'm talking green, infectious, disgusting - I'm not kidding!"

This was Reese Witherspoon’s take on her co-star Robert Pattinson on a much-hyped love scene in their upcoming film, “Water for Elephants.”

Witherspoon and “Twilight” hottie Robert Pattinson feature as a forbidden couple in the upcoming early 20th century circus drama “Water for Elephants,” the movie has been getting so much buzz thanks to the supposedly steamy love scenes.

In an interview with entertainment magazine, In Touch, Reese complained the leaking nose R. Pattz’ was suffering while filming the scene.

“Rob possibly had the most hideous horrible cold of any co-star I’ve ever had to do a love scene with ever in my entire life,” she told the magazine,” the newlywed Witherspoon told In Touch.

To be fair, Pattinson did say this “his favorite co-star was the film’s elephant”, says a report from Huffington Post.

“Water for Elephants” is a historical novel written by Sara Gruen, adapted by Flashpoint Entertainment and Fox 2000 Pictures. The film will hit the theaters on April 22nd.
