iPhone Glitch: Verizon and AT&T iPhones Time Settings Go Faulty

Reports spread about the glitch on the time settings of Verizon and AT&T iPhones. Whose fault is this: network or manufacturer?
The glitch occurred like this: Verizon iPhones fell back an hour at midnight rather than forward. Add to that was AT&T iPhone also experienced the same problem.
Daylight saving time happened yesterday, which actually means that people lose an hour–but with Verizon iPhone, it actually fell back an hour. Verizon will launch iPhone 4 on January. Truth or lie?
Proofs are flooding that Apple’s iPhone 4 will be launched under Verizon on January. Rumors has it: sources who are indeed talking to Apple’s hardware suppliers are saying that Apple had been ordering CDMA chipsets from Qualcomm. To give you a background on this matter, CDMA is the wireless technology used by Verizon.
According to TechCrunch, chipsets are due in December, so they will launch January. The buzz hits at least after 7 months of rumor that Qualcomm hit the deal with Apple.
Note that AT&T also gave a dedication on a significant portion of its SEC filing to assure that it will be okay without having the U.S. iPhone exclusivity. They might have a premonition that they are losing exclusivity even before a 5-year deal starts.
Sources are still undisclosed as of the moment. And TechCrunch is saying that they are “sources with knowledge of this entire situation,”
The release of the Verizon iPhone in January hasn’t got a specified report from Bloomberg. But some surveys are showing results of Verizon old mobile being abandoned after iPhone becomes available.
