J.K. Rowling Unveils her Pottermore Project

The author of Harry Potter book series is not calling it Pottermore without a reason.

In a press announcement held today, J.K. Rowling presented to fans her newest project called Pottermore; it is a website which showcases brand new Harry Potter material.

Rowling mentioned that it is a free-to-use website which will contain “extensive new material about the characters, places and objects in the much-loved stories.” It seems to be that this is Rowling’s much anticipated “Potter” encyclopedia.

Aside from Potter stories, the site will also feature an online shop where readers can avail of the Harry Potter eBooks, see new illustrations and experience interactive “Moments” like visits in Hogwarts and Diagon Alley.
