If Facebook was a kingdom and who rules it would be determined by how many fans one has on the social media network, Justine Bieber (23.2 million fans) would be king and LadyGaga (30.3 million fans) would be queen.

The two are among the top notchers in the Facebook fandom monthly ranking by FanGager, a New York-based startup that measures brand engagement on social networking sites.

The top most active fans pages list measured by Fangager also include MTV (17 million), Glee (11 million fans) and Black Eyed Peas (13 million). President Barack Obama also made it to the top 10 with 18 million fans.

Meanwhile, Facebook game company Zynga made it to top 2, for its Texas Hold ‘Em poker game. Facebook’s own fan page doesn’t even make the top 10.

Fangager also measured the fan pages’ number of active fans – that is, fans that comment, like and post on walls – and Bristish soccer team Manchester United made it on top, with over 200 thousand engaged fans
