Rovio spilled the latest news about how the company will celebrate the anniversary of the popular mobile game, Angry Birds. Read on to know what to expect in the coming weeks.

The top-grossing mobile of 2010 is now a year older. Angry Birds celebrates its natal day with exciting features which include game upgrades and expansion of platform.

– The Mighty Eagle is appearing very soon for avid players of the game. However, a players can achieve three-stars right away to finish off a difficult level. This bonus feature can be used only once in every hour.

-Android users will get the chance to open their Bad Piggy Bank accounts to avail of paid upgrades or to simply get rid of ads. Finnish operator Eliza will be in charge of the payments which will automatically be included on the player’s mobile phone bill. “Angry Birds has become the benchmark in casual mobile gaming, and a huge part of the whole game experience is convenience. With the help of Elisa and Bad Piggy Bank, we can introduce the same high level of convenience to purchasing our products and services,” mentioned CEO of Rovio Mikael Hed.

-Angry Birds PC edition which everyone has been long waiting for will arrive anytime soon. There were several sites speculating that it will happen anytime this week.
