The Duke of Cambridge created a new dance craze during an event for homeless youths.

Prince William reaffirmed his street credibility with the young people of south London by inventing a new dance.

William demonstrated the “swag dance” during his visit at the Camberwell Foyer shelter for the homeless youths. He was joined by his wife, Kate Middleton.

The “swag dance” is done by dusting of your shoulders twice. Everyone at the event cheered and brushed their shoulders together with Prince William and Vanessa Boateng, a resident of the centre.

The dance came from Boateng’s comment about Prince William’s wedding outfit which was the scarlet red tunic.
