YouTube Gets 4 Billion Views a Day

Thanks to smartphones and televisions, YouTube viewership increased by 25%.

Google released an official confirmation that Google has been receiving 4 billion video views a day. Reuters released additional news on Monday and mentioned that there was 25% increase in the video-hosting site’s viewership.

Google added that 60 hours of new video content is uploaded every minute. Last May, the statistics showed that only 48 hours of video were added per minute.

The increase in the viewer’s population brought about $5 billion worth of revenue from advertisements.
