It this it? Is Nokia 703 the first Windows Phone 7 handset from the company?

An alleged slide presentation for a carrier was accidentally leaked, unveiling Nokia 703. The handset is believed to be the first Windows Phone 7 device from Nokia, and it is very much akin to Sea Ray.

The leaked slide even lists some specs for Nokia 703, however, they were almost illegible. Almost, because if you stare at the categories long enough, you might see the fine print.

But bear in mind that the mentioned specs are just mere speculations from the fine print. That said, these can be subject to change. Moreover, take these features as a handful of salt.

Sony has released the final specifications for the upcoming PSP successor.

After series of rumors, Sony has finally revealed the official specs of its anticipated PlayStation Vita. The company confirmed that the handheld gaming device will be sporting a 512MB of RAM, instead of the 256MB RAM that was rumored earlier.

Last month, Dani Sánchez-Crespo – CEO of PSP games studio Novarama – brought up some possible memory capacity features for the PSP successor. He hinted, “Remember the PSP had 32MB of RAM, we have about ten times that now.” If one would calculate, this statement would mean that the Vita might integrate a RAM memory of more than 256MB.

ASUS X101 Aims Linux Tablet Alternative

Written on August 05, 2011 by Japhet Writ

ASUS's Eee PC X101 will serve as a Linux tablet alternative despite bearing netbook hallmarks.

According to ASUS’ blog post, its Eee PC X101 will serve as an alternative to small laptops despite bearing the hallmark of a netbook. First, at 0.69 inches thin and two pounds in weight, it will be thinner and lighter than a traditional netbook. Second, it runs MeeGo Linux instead of Windows 7. While the latter has been the predominant OS for netbooks over the past few years, MeeGo Linux is more suited to ultrasmall designs which typically doesn’t have the horsepower to run the Microsoft OS efficiently.

Third, the ASUS Eee PC X101 does not have Ethernet ports and VGA.

Written on June 20, 2011 by Avlya Jaie

Comments Off

Though T-mobile had not yet announced any specific dates on when the myTouch 4G Slide will be released in the market, few of its features have been revealed.

Aside from the fact that the myTouch 4G Slide will be running in Android 2.3 and HTC Sense 3.0, the said gadget will also have new unique features that are not present in its predecessors — according to a source for TmoNews. It is “much like the Sensation but with some specific myTouch features.”

The four-row sliding keyboard is believed to be really good and the phone itself works fast. The myTouch 4G Slide is often compared to the keyboard of the outgoing G2, since they have similarities in terms of feel. The only difference is that the myTouch is heavier than the G2, thus making users feel it on their hands. Moreover, the new MyTouch 4G Slide is expected to have more fame than the G2 or the myTouch 3G Slide. A dual-core 1.2GHz processor will be present in this upcoming myTouch. It also has an 8-megapixel camera with auto-focus on the back.

There are buzzes around stating that this new Android phone will be launched by T-mobile in the first half of July, and will have the price of $200 on contract. The official release of myTouch 4G Slide might be announced very soon. So stay connected with All We Like to keep yourself updated on this latest Android phone from T-mobile.

ASUS Unveils its Super-slim EEE PC X101

Written on June 01, 2011 by Japhet Writ

ASUS once again revealed another interesting device, this one being an addition to the company’s famed Eee PC line.

ASUS made a big splash at the Computex 2011 this week with its tablet-smartphone combo, PadFone. However, the company also revealed a new family member for its famed EEE PC line — the EEE PC X101.

The 10.1-inch netbook measures 0.7 inch thick, and offers a Meego-based option that costs $200 only. Just for a quick recollection, Meego is a Linux-based OS developed by Intel and Nokia. With its slim form factor, the price is definitely pretty cheap. Aside from its Linux-based OS, other features that are keeping the EEE PC X101’s price down is its 3-cell battery and 8GB of SSD storage. Albeit there can be an option to upgrade, it will also mean more money and added thickness.

The cost of a Windows 7 version is still unknown, while the release date for the X101 is yet to be determined. That said, don’t forget to keep it posted here at All We Like.
