Paramount is the first to directly sell UltraViolet movies, a new ‘cloud-based’ content distribution system which allows you to watch digital copies of films using ‘multiple platforms and devices’.

This new platform was first introduced as a package deal that comes with the DVD or Blu-Ray discs but thanks to Paramount, customers can now stream the movie without having to purchase the physical format first.

Customers can now purchase movies on Paramount’s site which can be streamed and viewed live. Prices start at $13 for the standard definition and $20 for the HD version.
