A Half-life fan, Marcus Spitoni, created an eloquent teaser trailer based on the PC Game. It is so impressive that other half-life fans would clamor for the real deal!

CGI artist Marco Spitoni, a fan of Half-life, posted a teaser trailer based on Half-life 2 on his personal website. The “I’m a Freeman” depicts Valve’s time-honored storyline and Gordon Freeman’s full action-hero mode in CGI.

“I’ve always been in love with the PC game ‘Half-Life’ so I’ve decided to work out a project that would have been a trailer for a hypothetical feature film of Half-Life. Again, is not live action, although I would have love to have the chance and the time to work out something like that.”

PS3 3D Games, Wait for Portal 3

Written on August 04, 2010 by Japhet Writ

There are a lot of PS3 games lining up to support PlaySation Move or 3D, or even both. Unfortunately though, Valve's Portal 2 is not one of them. If that's what the gamers want, they have to wait until Portal 3.

PS3 will have to wait for Portal 3 if it wants a Valve 3D support for its games. Gabe Newell revealed at E3 that Portal 2’s best version on any console would be released next year. After that, the Half-Life creator generously discussed its support for Sony’s platform. According to the upcoming September issue of PSM3, Marketing boss Doug Lombardi thinks that the studio is ready to correct its errors when it comes to PS3.

“[Having a dedicated PS3 team] allows us to build our PS3 products internally, which we feel is critical for delivering the highest quality version of our products,” Lombardi said.

But he reiterated that PlayStation Move or 3D support will not be available for Portal.

“[Move and 3D] will have to wait for Portal 3 or another title,” he added.

Postal 2 is due to release on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 next year.
