Following Apple's keynote at WWDC 2011 last Monday, many wonders how Twitter + iOS 5 can change mobile apps.

Among the many things announced last Monday at Apple’s WWDC 2011 keynote, a deep Twitter integration is one of them. Users will no longer just post tweets from official Apple apps like photos and maps, but any third-party iOS developer will be able to hype up a couple of Twitter APIs. The leader of Twitter Developer Relations, Jason Costa, wrote on the Twitter Developers email list last Monday afternoon that the integration will ‘create huge opportunities for both Twitter and iOS developers.’

The fast account creation, quick friend discovery and social distribution of content looks a lot like Facebook Connect but powered by Twitter. In summary, the iOS apps will look and feel like, read from and publish to Twitter like never before.

Is it an internal training for new new products or Apple will be discussing their plans for the 10th Retail Anniversary?

Rumors are emerging that Apple will hold an all-hands employee meeting on May 22 in US retail stores. In addition to this, the said retail meeting will start at 7:00 am — an unusual time, considering that the company holds this kind of meeting after stores close on Sunday.

With the WWDC 2011 fast approaching, this event gives plenty of room for speculation. It is said that Apple might train the employees for the rumored new iCloud features or other products set to be announced at the developer event.
